Sometimes, you suddenly realize you’ve lost something.

Something you liked. Cherished. 

You are afraid to start looking for it.

You may find that you’re unable to find it in all those corners you think it might be hiding.

If that happens, you might have to live with the fact that you’ll never find it now.

That it really is, Lost.

You are not prepared for that finality of the loss yet.


You’re not going to look for it.

Not tonight.

Yet another night.
